Welcome to totalkbonline.com. This site is provided by Total Kitchen & Bath Inc. (referred to throughout this document as "TKB") as a service for our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TKB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the totalkbonline.com website following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.

Payments: All orders require full payment of the total amount of the order placed plus any shipping and handling costs at the time when the order is placed. Checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. Checks should be made out to Total Kitchen & Bath, Inc.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made to Total Kitchen & Bath in writing via fax or e-mail within 48 hours of the original order. After that time frame please follow our Return policy below

Pricing or Typographical Errors: While TKB tries very hard to provide product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. TKB cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, TKB shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, TKB may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Colors and Finishes: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes and Room Views of our products that appear on the site. However as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color or finish will be accurate. Products are not necessarily shown to scale. Granite, Marble and other natural stones are a product of nature. Color variation is to be expected and TKB cannot and does not assume any responsibility for these natural occurrences. No claims are expected or accepted for the differences in color or veining from samples in the buyers possession or naturally occurring in the product.

Shipping Methods: TKB ships different products throughout the United States. Orders are shipped shortly after they are processed. TKB uses either parcel services or national trucking firms to deliver your tile, depending on the size, weight and fragility of your order.

Delivery Timeframes: The order undergoes a process from when it is placed to when it is shipped. •Once your order is placed through our website, it will take 1 - 3 business days to process. You will receive notification via e-mail when your order has been processed. •After processing, your order can take 5-10 business days to ship. •You will receive another notification when your material ships, which will include your freight method and tracking number (if it was sent via parcel service) or your PRO number (if sent by the common carrier). If your material ships via common carrier, you will receive the contact details for the freight company. •Parcel Service orders (UPS and FedEx generally ship faster, but timing still can vary from 3-5 business days.

Estimated delivery times are longer for special order items which can take 4-6 weeks. Products that are special order are also indicated on the series information page. If you have questions regarding the lead time for a particular product, please call us at 630 847 6805.

Delivery Protocols: If your order is shipping by common carrier, you or a trusted proxy must be present to supervise receipt and inspect your order. Your trucking firm will contact you in advance to set up a delivery appointment at which you must be present with a friend or assistant to help you inspect and move your order. A thorough inspection is required at the time of the receipt , and any damaged goods must be noted on the carriers waybill. Common carrier, or small -truck deliveries are generally curbside only and lift-gated, meaning that the driver will have equipment to lower the cargo onto the ground but it is your responsibility to move the product into your home or job-site. If you are unable to do this, please contact TKB to discuss interior or fully -assisted delivery options.

If your material is shipping parcel service (UPS or FedEx), your material will be left at your doorstep or on your porch, assuming the driver deems it safe. If you ship to a business or a multi-unit dwelling, UPS or FedEx will leave the material with the front desk or doorman. You will receive your tracking number via email and are encouraged to track your order and check for it when it is scheduled to arrive. Regardless of how your order is shipping, TKB ensures that it will be a simple and manageable process. We are here to get your tile to you, fast and easy. Returns and exchanges: No returns or exchanges will be accepted by TKB without prior authorization. Basic field tiles (porcelain, stone, ceramics) plumbing fixtures and special order items that are received, in-tact and correct as ordered typically may not be returned. TKB reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges. Variations from sample tile, in color or dimensions, are not deemed cause for return. Please examine the tiles immediately upon delivery. TKB must receive any complaint in writing via fax or email, within three business days of delivery for returns or exchanges to be considered. If a return has been authorized by TKB, there will be a thirty five percent (35%) restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges for all material. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. All returns must be in original boxes, packaged well, for no credit will be given for damaged goods returned to TKB due to poor packaging. Once TKB receives the returned product, credit will be issued within 5 business days. Always inspect your tiles before they are installed, as installation signifies acceptance. Any question regarding quality must be resolved before installation. TKB will not be responsible for any problems that may arise from the installation or use of our products. TKB is not responsible for any damage and or injury resulting from any use or installation of TKB products.
